Hey, I made a delicious dinner of sauteed mushrooms and onions with scallops. I got this pack of 3 different mushrooms at the Trader Joe's. It included shitake, oyster and crimini mushroom, then I added a bit chardonnay because hey, you just have to. The scallops also came from TJ and I just love that store. I'm so happy I have access to one here in IL finally. In California, I visited them often and somewhat took it for granted but now that I'm in Bloomington, I have have to wait until weekends when my boyfriend and I travel up North to the Bolingbrook/Naperville area.
He's sitting next to me right now attempting to complete some online asp training from Microsoft and it's kinda annoying because the presentation has to spool, so the sound keeps cutting out.
He says it's my computer. Earlier I told him his computer was slow. Hmmm...
Accusing each other of slow computers.
What did I learn today? 307 is a small block chevy. He just rattled off a bunch more, but I'm not listing them. That's the bad part about writing your blog while sitting right next to someone. I get instant edits. Which are nice for the most part. He already corrected like 3 of my typos. Thank you Honey Bunny. And Thank you again.
Anyway, my family is all far away living on the left coast. I have a pregnant cousin, another going through a divorce, a biological father that I just got in touch with last April or so, and so it's been a bit weird.
The best part of my life right now is that I'm so in love with my boyfriend Greg. I get to spend quality time with him. I get to laugh with him. I get to get it on with him. I love him so much. He is sweeter than all the cab sav in all the world. I love him so much.
Anyway...I have to go read Magic Tree House books with the other man in my life, who I'm really proud of. He's doing very well in school. Gotta run.
